In 2015, Andrew became the Chief Executive of Leeds BID, the largest multi-sector BID outside London and the third largest in the UK.

With the hard work and support of his excellent team Andrew gained an astounding renewal endorsement of 99% from the businesses in 2024 and gained recognition of his work in the 2025 Pride in Place government strategy.

The industry of place management and business improvement districts, can be a lonely one. Over the years Andrew has not only recruited people into the industry, he is also an excellent mentor, giving time, support and advice to others in the industry. His honest, caring and objective approach has been harnessed by peers and those new to the industry.

Vicinity

Andrew conceptualised the CRM element of the Vicinity product (Previously known as Solomon) working in partnership with the Vicinity Team since 2016, over 100 Business Improvement Districts in the UK and abroad benefit from this management tool.
